プリンといえば子供の頃によく家で作ってもらった。
カラメルと卵液を流し込んだアルミのプリン型が冷蔵庫に整然と並んでいたなぁ。
ちょっと硬めのやつが好きです！
「カラメル」に生クリームとかを加えて煮詰めると「キャラメル」になるっていうんだけど、英語表記はどちらも「caramel」で…。
日本語って面白いね。

I remember aluminum pudding molds filled with caramel and egg mixture lined up neatly in the fridge.
I like the slightly firmer ones!
